Perhaps you'd rather an STI test didn't end up in your GP's notes. Or you share a home, a phone or an inbox, and you want your results to reach you and nobody else.
Sexual Health Clinic London, at 117a Harley Street, London W1G 6AT, offers discreet private STI testing with anonymous-friendly booking. Results go directly to you. We never contact your NHS GP, your employer or a partner without your consent.
If you already know what you need, you can book online, call ahead, or walk in for suitable tests. A Bronze STI screen is £250, a chlamydia test is £104 and an HIV test is £125. If you have particular privacy requirements, call ahead and we'll talk them through before you arrive.
How discreet testing works
The clinic is a private medical practice on Harley Street. You choose how you come to us: online, by phone, or by walking in for suitable testing. We accept pseudonymous registration and cash payment.
Your samples are processed by accredited laboratories, and your results come to you directly. If anything is positive, we can treat you privately.
How long do results take?
For our standard tests you get results for blood tests in about 24 hours, and urine and swab results within 3 working days.
If waiting isn't something you want to do, the FAST Screen returns all results in 6 hours. FAST Screen Simple is £350 and covers HIV, syphilis, chlamydia and gonorrhoea. FAST Screen Complex is £450 and adds hepatitis B and C.

When to come and see us
Come in if you have symptoms, if you've had a new partner, or if you want a test to confirm where you stand after a possible exposure. Plenty of people also test before starting a relationship, or choose a wider panel so they can check several things at once instead of a single test.
If you have severe pelvic or testicular pain, a high fever, or you've been sexually assaulted, get urgent NHS care first.
We don't provide PEP, the emergency medicine after possible HIV exposure. If you need it, go to an NHS sexual health clinic or A&E.
