At Sexual Health Clinic London, we provide efficient, accurate and fast STD testing via our confidential and discreet service delivered by expert sexual health doctors from our clinic premises located on Harley Street, Central London. Our clinic works with UKAS accredited laboratories for accurate and rapid analysis of the sample.
We can help you with urgent same-day appointments and walk-in services with minimal waiting times.
As a full service clinic, we can offer examinations and consultations with a sexual health expert and in the event of a positive diagnosis, our doctors can prescribe and administer the appropriate treatment immediately. All tests are conducted in complete confidentiality and we will not share your results with anybody but yourself. Patients are welcome to use a pseudonym and pay in cash for their services.
The fees for drawing blood is £50 which will be payable for STI blood tests, urine and swab tests without any surcharge.

Our private STD testing service has been designed to provide you with the highest standard of care with complete confidentiality compared to other STD test providers. Your sample is provided in clinic before being sent to the laboratory for testing within the hour. Once we obtain your test results, these will be shared with you as per your instruction - typically via email. If you would prefer to collect the results in person, or have the clinic call you, this is no problem.
If the test results diagnose a condition, you can re-attend the clinic for a private prescription or for our doctor to administer the treatment directly. As with the testing procedure, this is completely confidential and will not appear on any public health records.
The amount of time it requires to obtain test results will depend on several factors such as the test you need to conduct, the appointment day and time and whether there are any pathogens which require culturing to detect. Blood test results are returned within 24 hours, and urine/swab results can take anywhere between 24 hours to 3 working days.
There is no test which provides an accurate result immediately after sexual activity.
All tests will require a certain time period for the infection to progress to a level detectable via testing. After 28 days post contact, any STD test will be completely accurate.
